Jabukov Kolac

If you are a fan of a mix of apples and cinnamon this is a great delicacy for you;)

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the eggs and sugar with a mixer, then add the other ingredients and mix with a wire. Shake in a 30 cm baking tray and bake at 180 C for 35 min. When baked, leave to cool.
  • While the biscuit is cooling, prepare the apple filling by peeling and peeling the apples and letting them simmer a little in their sugar and cinnamon juice. If it happens that the apples do not release their juice (it happened to me), add one teaspoon of thick apple juice or the one in a tetrapack. (Then make the cake even juicier) .
  • Finally, whip the whipped foam according to the instructions from the bag, sweeten as desired and coat the cake. Sprinkle with walnuts, chocolate and cinnamon. The cake is best left overnight.
