"iVar Bread"
You no longer need to spread ajvar on bread for breakfast…. Ajvar is in bread… A suitable recipe, for those who like ajvar, for those who like to play cards… Simply for those who like to gather and "hit" a game of Belle or Preference .. And with poker fits, of course… ...
Preparation steps
- Crumble the yeast in warm milk and let it rise.
- Add the yeast to the previously sifted flour, add lukewarm water, sugar and salt.
- Knead a smooth dough, and leave to stand in a warm place for three-quarters of an hour.
- Stir again and let stand again for 45 minutes.
- Divide into two balls and roll each into a rectangle.
- Spread hot ajvar on one and sweet ajvar on one.
- Roll into rolls, making sure that the joint reaches the bottom, so that the ajvar does not come out of the dough.
- Cover with a cloth and let stand for another half hour until the rolls are doubled.
- Bake at 190 degrees for about 40-50 minutes and be sure to place a cup of water on the bottom of the oven to make a crispy crust.
- Leave the baked bread to cool covered with a cloth.
Serving
I couldn't wait for it to cool down, so the ajvar melted. Serve with homemade bacon and spring onions. :) Now I finally messed it up… ..
