Preparation steps
- Whisk eggs with sugar and add oil, yogurt and flour mixed with baking powder. Grease and flour a 37x21 cm baking tray, pour out half of the mixture and bake for about 12 minutes at 180 ° C, or until the biscuit is slightly compressed.
- Take out the half-baked cake, put half of the fruit, the rest of the dough and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- Whip the whipping cream and coat the cooled cake and put another layer of fruit.
