Preparation steps

  • Make pizza dough.
  • Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll them out completely thinly.
  • Bend and put a teaspoon of sour cream on each part and spread. Arrange the ham leaves. Add the mushrooms cut into leaves (I also simmered them to evaporate the excess water). Put some grated hard cheese and close. It can only be folded or closed like a calzone.
  • Place in a preheated oven (250 C) and bake (to brown).
  • Remove from the oven, coat with the rest of the sour cream, grate the hard cheese (cheese, trappist, gouda, edamac ... whatever), decorate with ketchup and sprinkle with oregano.
