Israeli Alva
I have had this recipe for 25 years in an old teki, I have no idea why it is called that, most likely because of the typical ingredients for oriental cuisine.
Preparation steps
- First fry the walnuts, hazelnuts and peanuts, when done add the raisins and rum.
- Heat the first ingredients on the fire to melt the sugar and margarine.
- Then add other flour, cocoa and vanilla ingredients to the first ingredients
- sugar. Mix everything finely, add hazelnuts and other things and bake at 180 C
- as long as the dough does not separate from the sides of the pan. Cool and chop
- on the dice and serve.
