Preparation steps
- Blanch the spinach and chop finely, or better yet mix in a blender
- Mix all other ingredients with well-drained spinach, bake for approx. 175 C for about 25 minutes.
- When the cake has cooled, trim the edges, crumble them in a blender and sprinkle over the cake that we coated with whipped cream.
Serving
In another common variant, banana rings are arranged on the cake, coated with icing and sprinkled with green crumbs.
