Preparation steps
- Using your fingertips, mix the flour and butter to get crumbs. Mix the other ingredients, knead the dough (add cold water if necessary), wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for one hour.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to 3 mm and cut out circles, 4.5 cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet (on which you put baking paper), bake for 9-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Let them cool in a baking sheet.
- For the filling, mix honey and sugar with 0.5 dl of water. When everything is melted, stir in the hazelnuts and stir a little more to thicken everything. Let the filling cool for 15 minutes, then add the rum. Divide into half biscuits. Spread the others with jam, then cover the first biscuits, making sure that the surface with the jam is on the filling.
- Drizzle the islere with chocolate glaze. Garnish with walnut halves.
