Preparation steps

  • Whisk the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks, then the flour and grated chocolate.
  • Mix the dough well and leave it in the cold for 2-3 hours. Then separate the crust and use a mold to remove the small cakes. If you do not have a vanilla mold, you can use a small glass of brandy.
  • Arrange in a greased baking sheet and bake.
  • Be careful not to burn, and the temperature is 180 degrees.
  • Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and milk and cook over low heat. Add the whipped butter and combine the cooled islets.
  • Pour over the melted chocolate glaze.
  • They are best when they stand for 2-3 days.
