Preparation steps
- Whisk the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks, then the flour and grated chocolate.
- Mix the dough well and leave it in the cold for 2-3 hours. Then separate the crust and use a mold to remove the small cakes. If you do not have a vanilla mold, you can use a small glass of brandy.
- Arrange in a greased baking sheet and bake.
- Be careful not to burn, and the temperature is 180 degrees.
- Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and milk and cook over low heat. Add the whipped butter and combine the cooled islets.
- Pour over the melted chocolate glaze.
- They are best when they stand for 2-3 days.
