Ishleri

Wonderful crispy biscuits, I don't know if they are better just baked or when they stand for a while ....

Preparation steps

  • Let the butter be at room temperature, add all the other ingredients and knead the dough.
  • Roll out the dough and take out the dumplings. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake them at 180 degrees for ten minutes.
  • Dip half of the dumplings in the chocolate glaze (melt the chocolate together with the butter over a low heat, preferably steamed) and stick a couple of almond flakes. Allow to dry and glue the jam with the other half of the dumplings.
  • Note: The dough is made immediately without resting in the fridge, it is brittle, so carefully remove the dumplings. You can also glue halves of a walnut core to the chocolate glaze, it is very decorative and so on. The longer they stand, the more beautiful they are and they simply melt in your mouth.
