Ishleri
Twice in my life I held my breath when I saw the ischlers. The ones made by Mignonne and the ones brought to us for the wedding by a dear aunt. I've been imagining for a long time. Mignonne, thank you again for the idea for the chocolate patterns on your ischles, which were specially made for me.
Preparation steps
- Dough:
- From all the ingredients, knead the dough and roll it out on a floured surface, not too thin.
- Using a glass or a mold (not too big), cut circles and place them on baking paper slightly apart from each other.
- When you cut out the first circles, lightly knead the dough and roll it out again and repeat this a couple of times
- Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes Cream:
- Make all the ingredients except butter and margarine frothy and cook on steam or in the microwave
- Add the prepared margarine and butter to the cold cream
- Put the cream in a tube or syringe and apply it in a circle on one part of the ischler
- Dip the other biscuits into the chocolate and arrange on the Glaze Grid:
- Melt the chocolate and fat lightly and let it cool and squeeze a little
- Lightly, when the glaze is compressed (preferably with a small fork), place them on the cream and press lightly as well.
- Put the rest of the chocolate glaze in a bag and keep it in the fridge for a while.
- Cut off the top of the bag and sprinkle with icing
Serving
From this amount, I got 56 biscuits, ie 28 ready-made ischlers.
