I first made them for Christmas and my housemates were looking for a replay for the New Year. From now on I make them often! :)
Preparation steps
- Dough: Knead the dough with your hands from the listed ingredients. Roll it out thinly and cut smaller circles with a mold. Place the circles in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 ° C in a preheated oven.
- Cream: Mix the ingredients a little with a mixer, then steam the mixture. In the cold, add 20 dag of margarine and mix the cream.
- Stacking: Glue two rolls with cream (I use a decorating pump) and dip each ishler in chocolate glaze (10 dag of chocolate, 5 dag of margarine).
