Rosa Cooking

Ishleri

this is a cookie from my childhood that I loved the most then, and unlike other desserts, I still adore this one today

Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough, roll it out thinly and cut small rings (diameter 5cm) with a mold. Bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. From this mixture we get approx. 40 ready-made biscuits.
  • For the steamed cream, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add butter or margarine to the chilled.
  • Coat the baked rolls with cream and combine two and two and cover with chocolate glaze.
  • For the glaze, I put 200g of cooking chocolate, 1 tablespoon of milk and 2 tablespoons of oil to make it thicker, and while it was still hot I coated it with a wider brush on the cake to get this texture, and I put the rest (when it cools down a bit) in a syringe and made it like this as in the picture.
