Preparation steps

  • From the listed ingredients, knead a smooth dough. Leave it for 1/2 hour in a cool place.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface in the form of a rectangle. Cut off the ends and cut the tiles to size. 6 × 3 cm. Place them on a baking tray covered with paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 * C, about 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Heat the jam (possibly pass it through the kitchen wire) and coat half of the tiles with it.
  • If desired, fry the chopped almonds in a grease-free Teflon pan. Cut the whole almonds in half along the line into two parts. Roll them in egg whites, then in a mixture of sugar and sequins. Leave them to dry.
  • Coat half of the slice with white and the rest with milk chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and garnish whole.
