"Invisible" cream soup
If, like me, you have a problem with some of your family members who are not fans of certain vegetables, then you have no choice but to make soup and season it to their taste. The result - everyone is happy, and you know that "they" ate what is healthy;)
Preparation steps
- Use the vegetables that you have cooked and strained for this, so put a bay leaf, a sprig of spice and young diced potatoes in the remaining liquid. Cook until the potatoes are cooked, and since they are young, they will not need more than 6-7 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon, take out the potatoes and put them in a blender. Add yogurt and mix, then put everything back in the soup. Add a little salt and pepper, add nuts and - your invisible soup full of minerals and fine starch is ready!
Serving
And as always, you can add and subtract according to your taste and current affinities. For non-dieters, a great addition to this soup is grated parmesan and a spoonful of bruschetta or cubes.
