Inverted pizza (turnover pizza)
I have made pizza this way countless times so far, but never find enough time to take pictures of the process in stages, because the recipe requires it! Today I tried a little harder and here, step by step, today's variant of pizza is here….
Preparation steps
- Knead a smooth dough as for bread and let the volume double and then shake it out on a floured surface and divide the dough into the amount of pizza you will make. Shape into balls and cover until the bowl filling phase is complete.
- The bowls in which you will bake the pizza must be resistant to high temperatures. Coat them with one slice of bacon, just enough to keep the oregano on the sides
- First put two slices of bacon, then feta / slice of cheese, champignon mushrooms, finely chopped ham and ketchup
- Roll the ball of dough into the rim of the bowl with your hands. Apply over the bowl and lightly press the ends that cross over the bowl with your fingers.
- Arrange the bowls on a shallow baking tray, coat with egg whites, place in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown.
- Serve it overturned on a plate so that the bowl comes up and the dough "lies" on the plate. Lightly separate the dough from the walls of the bowl with your fingers, lift it up and that's it. This was with egg and asparagus! It looks a bit like a stuffed mushroom hat or some other kind of mushroom!
- separation from the pelvis!
- finally, upside down, with the contents in the hat :-)
- Good apetite!
Serving
The complete contents of the drink will release their juices, which will return to the "plate" of dough when they roll over. The pizza is excellent and you can fill it with whatever you want, as well as other pizzas you make. Pizza with minced meat is also interesting nekad. Sometimes I did that a long time ago, but I can't find a picture of this moment. Try it and let me know how you like it. Pleasant!
