Intercontinental cake
This is the first recipe I am trying to write. I apologize in advance if there are any mistakes.
Preparation steps
- For the crusts, whisk the egg whites well with the sugar and add the ground walnuts mixed with the flour. Bake at 180 _200 degrees, depending on the stove, for about 15 minutes. Check with a toothpick if it is baked. it can go down.
- To fill, cook on a pair of egg yolks to which you have added sugar and vanilla, when the mixture is done, divide it into two parts and mix the chocolate into one. So we got two fillings, chocolate and yellow.

- I decorated it with homemade fondant from Minjab and you according to your wishes.
Serving
In the original recipe, 300 gr.seqera goes in the filling, but I think 200 was enough.
