Integral Tyrolean goulash dumplings. :)

Preparation steps
- Simmer the meat and vegetables over a low heat until the water evaporates, then add the spices, mix the flour and pour in 0.5 l of water or stock. Cook for about 1 h.
- Chop onion and bacon into small cubes and sauté for 5-6 minutes, add chopped bread to the mixture. Mix the hot mixture with eggs, milk, flour and spices (I did not salt because of the homemade bacon). Leave for 15 minutes for all the ingredients to soak, then shape them with oiled hands and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the cooked dumplings and serve with goulash.
