Integral puff pastry with green tea
The bread is light and delicious.
Preparation steps
- Make 300 ml of green tea and leave to cool. 2. Combine all the ingredients for the dough in a deeper bowl and knead the dough with cooled (to keep it warm) tea. 3. Cover the dough with nylon and let it rise. 4. When it rises, divide the dough into eight balls and coat each ball on all sides with a little olive oil. 5. Spread each ball a little, coat with a little margarine and arrange one on top of the other (as for croissants). Do not coat the last folded ball with margarine. Leave to stand for a while. 6. When the edges of the stacked dough have settled, fold it towards the middle of the dough as much as possible, turn the dough over and place it in a baking tin. 7. Cover the mold with nylon and let the dough rise again. 8. When the dough has risen again, put it to bake.

- If you wish, you can coat the bread with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame, flax seeds or poppy seeds.
