Integral pancake mixture

Preparation steps
- Mix the flakes in a blender, but not as a powder, but as medium ground. Add other ingredients except oil and optional ingredients. Mix in a blender to equalize everything. Then add oil and mix everything with a spoon and then turn on the blender and blend everything into the same mixture ... it's not a problem if there are a few lumps but try to mix it evenly. hand it out of the blender into a bowl and add optional ingredients as desired, and mix well ... I worked without optional ingredients and they are very tasty. Put the mixture in jars, close and store at room temperature for about 2 weeks or in the refrigerator indefinitely. From this mixture you can fill 3 jars, and maybe a little more.
- To prepare the pancakes: Take one cup of this mixture, add egg and milk or buttermilk as needed (if you want a thicker mixture then half a cup and if you want a thinner then one cup). I worked with one cup of milk and the mixture was thinner. Leave to stand for about 20-30 minutes at room temperature and bake on a little butter, or without anything on Teflon.
- From this mixture with one egg, about 8-10 smaller pancakes or 4-5 large ones come out.
Serving
Serve with fruit, or melted chocolate, you can also use some spread and of course milk or drinking juice.
