Integral banana muffins
These muffins can pass as a pretty healthy candy. They are made of integral flour, there is no sugar in them, the sweetness and softness come from bananas. I added a little chocolate just so they wouldn't be too healthy;) They are soft the second day, and the third, if they survive.
Preparation steps
- Mash bananas, it should be about 450 ml of mash. Add the juice of one lemon.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add mashed bananas, eggs and oil and mix everything.
- Finally, mix in the chocolate cut into cubes, not too small.
- Pour into a muffin tin and bake at 180-200 ° C for about half an hour. Exactly 12 classic-sized muffins come out of this measure.
