Imperial sauce
My godmother's recipe, and you know what it's like when the godmother comes to the godmother, only the best is prepared!
Preparation steps
- Bake on the fat of salami or bacon. Add a little flour and fry.
- Add the champignons and sauté a little. Add spices: vegeta, salt, pepper, mustard.
- Pour water to soak and cook.
- Towards the end add the chopped pickles.
Serving
The sauce should be sour. If it is rare, whisk a little flour with water and thicken, and if it is not sour, add a little pickle and mustard juice.
