Imperial cake
so here comes my jubilee :)))) 50th recipe
Preparation steps
- make solid snow from egg whites and sugar and lightly mix almonds into it
- bake 4 thin crusts 10 min at 180 degrees
- cream; in a little milk, beat eggs, add thickener, crushed chocolate and almonds and add this mixture to boiled milk, cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk the margarine with the sugar and liqueur and add it to the cooled cream
- stack the crust and then the cream and finish with a thin layer of cream on top
- thinly roll out the marzipan and coat the cake with it
- glaze; Melt the margarine and add the chocolate, stir on the fire until everything is combined and coat the cake with icing
