Icecream boom-bons ;-D
... the name was given to them by our dear Omnia, and she is also the culprit for their origin… in the desire to enjoy it in her Ferrero slay for as long as possible, I put it in these candies… so nice: when you lick the last drop from the 3-liter buckets and you fall into the depression because there is no more D` slaye, there is comfort, do not despair… there are icecream boombons !!!!!
Preparation steps
- Melt the chocolate with the oil in a water bath (steam) or over a low, low heat. Brush the molds with a small brush and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.
- While the chocolate is squeezing in the freezer, make D`slay according to the recipe.
- Then fill 2/3 of the molds with a teaspoon of D`slaye and put them back in the freezer for a few hours to make ice cream. Finally, carefully close the pralines (candies) with the rest of the chocolate and put them back in the freezer to squeeze everything. After an hour (if you last that long) you can take the candies out of the mold and savor them.
- If you don't eat them all at once, keep them in the freezer; -DDD !!!
