Ice Wind Cake

Ideal for hot days, but can for any occasion and at any time of the year Refreshing and delicious. The lazy wind cake is well known to everyone, but I will still share with you my version, so whoever likes, please ...;)

Preparation steps

  • First, the crusts are made in such a way that 10 egg whites are beaten into solid snow, then 30 dkg of sugar and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar are added to that snow. Atas the mixture is evenly and neatly applied in a shallow wide pan and baked for about an hour at 150 degrees. In fact, the crust dries in this way, which is necessary for this cake.
  • When it is baked, (and we will know that by turning it slightly brown on top and the toothpick will fall in finely and no trace will remain on it) Allow to cool and then cut into 3 equal strips.
  • While waiting for the biscuit to bake, prepare the cream by mixing the egg yolks and flour. put milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and add the mixed yolks and flour and cook until thickened.
  • We beat 500ml of whipped cream
  • Add margarine to the cooled cream and 2 -3 on top of a full tablespoon of whipped cream to soften the cream a bit and relax.
  • This is followed by stacking the cake and this is done in the following way PEEL-FILLET-FRUIT (BANANA) -CREAM OF PEEL-FILLET-FRUIT (KIWI) -CREAM OF PEEL-FILLET-FRUIT (PINEAPPLE) -WEAT and coat the whole cake around with the rest of the whipped cream. Bananas are soaked in lemon juice
