Preparation steps

Mix the frozen fruit with a little milk (milk is added to make the fruit easier to mix) and mix with a hand mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt and honey and combine them with the fruit, add the mint leaves and mix everything well once again.
Serve the ice cream immediately or leave it in the freezer for a few hours. Garnish with a few berries.
