Ice cream cake "Oreo strawberry sensation"
You want a simple, refreshing, unbaked dessert. I suggest you this cake sensation that I designed yesterday for a special occasion. Creamy refreshing taste of strawberry ice cream, icing and orange juice, with oreo biscuits and cream cheese as a biscuit, all topped with hot chocolate and icing…
Preparation steps
- First, cover the medium-sized bowl in which you are going to make the cake with foil. Mix lightly condensed milk with strawberries (strawberries do not blend because they will be liquid and fall to the bottom), icing and orange juice. Pour into a lined bowl (to leave room two fingers on top for the Oreo crust) and place in the freezer for 2 hours to set.
- Lightly whisk the cream cheese with a mixer, add the butter and ground Oreo biscuits and orange juice to make the mixture even and compact.
- Coat the Oreo crust over the ice cream and return to the freezer to stand for at least 3 hours. Melt the broken chocolate in the microwave before removing the ice cream (after 3 hours of cooling). Take out the ice cream and slowly roll it over on the cake pan. Peel off the foil and pour over everywhere with lukewarm chocolate, but spread quickly because the chocolate shrinks immediately.
- Return to the freezer for another 15 minutes, during which time, if necessary, prepare the icing, take out the cake, decorate as desired and serve. Enjoy with one piece of this wonderful cake!
- Substitute for sweetened condensed milk
- Mix powdered milk with water and put in another pot with boiling water. Add sugar and mix everything until the sugar dissolves. Cool well.
Serving
Instead of strawberries you can put raspberries or blackberries… When pouring ice cream with hot chocolate you can sprinkle with almond leaves or ground hazelnuts. You can leave it that way or add it over the icing, it's a matter of your taste! Pleasant!
