HURMAŠICE - ala Peđa

Preparation steps
- Preparation of the dough Whisk the margarine with the sugar and eggs. When it is whipped, add baking powder and coconut flour. Since all the ingredients are nicely combined, add flour type 400 just enough so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough mixed in this way in the bowl in the comesis knead, cover with a cloth and leave it at room temperature for about 45 minutes.
- Topping - Sherbet While waiting for the dough to stand, prepare the topping. Pour water into the sherry and pour sugar. When the sugar has melted and the water has boiled, remove from the stove, add half a bag of lemon juice or the juice of one lemon of medium size to the dressing. Allow to cool.
- Making persimmons From the kneaded dough, make balls the size of persimmons, place them on the palm of your hand, then apply them on a grater and press lightly to get the desired shape, arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Note Do not arrange the dates next to each other so that they do not stick, because they will grow during baking. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
