Hungarian tart with cream and cheese

The recipe for this fine and simple Hungarian tart is from one of my mother's culinary women's magazines, it is prepared quickly and is ready in a little over half an hour, it is made in two layers, a base of dough and a filling with cheese and cream;)

Preparation steps

  • first prepare the dough base whisk the eggs, add the sour cream, oil, flour, baking powder and salt, mix well and add to the mixture of eggs, cream and oil.
  • mix all the ingredients well once again to get a compact mass without lumps.
  • tart mold - if you don't have one, you can use a simple round baking dish, the size for me is 28 cm. cm. Pour the tart mixture into a bowl, pre-grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
  • flatten the surface of the tart and pour over with a well-beaten mixture of eggs, cream and cheese.
  • bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees-20 minutes.

Serving

hot tart - salty pie, serve with some of your favorite dairy products..good appetite!
