Preparation steps

  • KORE
  • whisk in flour, margarine and baking powder
  • add egg sugar and cream
  • knead the dough and leave in the fridge for 2h
  • stretch 7 crusts and bake at 200 until golden brown
  • CREAM
  • fry the sugar until it turns brown, pour over the milk in which we mixed the flour and cook on low heat until it thickens
  • fill the crust and pour over the chocolate glaze
