Humboldt squid leg salad

For a long time in our shopping centers there is to buy frozen legs of Humboldt squid. The package is 1 kg and costs around 40 kn

Preparation steps

  • Wash the squid and bring to a boil. I cooked it for 20 min in an espresso pot after it reached pressure.
  • Remove the stones from the olives, clean the pomegranate, cut the salad into noodles, chop the shallots and garlic.
  • When the legs have cooled, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Stir everything together and pour in the yeast and olive oil. Pepper and add rosemary leaves!
