Preparation steps
- Whisk the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg, coconut, baking powder, and flour about 200 g, add it gradually until you knead a smooth dough, not too hard. Immediately tear off small pieces of dough, make oblong rolls and shape horseshoes.
- Arrange on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven making sure they remain white.
- When it cools down a bit, roll in powdered sugar.
