Honey and tahini / sesame paste /

Tahini is a natural source of energy and health. It is prepared from freshly processed, peeled sesame seeds. Preparation steps

  • Transfer the honey to a bowl and add the tahini / sesame paste /, mix and pack in jars. This can last up to six months.

Serving

Take a teaspoon in the morning and evening, and otherwise it can be added to various desserts and cakes / this is the same as tahan halva / only a little more liquid.
