Homemade zhu - zhu
I love puff pastry and everything that is made from it. My favorite are zu - zu cakes because they are small puff snacks that melt in my mouth. to some old cook and they turned out to be almost real.
Preparation steps
- Add salt and butter to the flour and combine, then gradually add the combined water and vinegar. Combine all the ingredients well to get a soft and smooth dough, then wrap in plastic wrap and leave to cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Roll the well-cooled dough into a cube apply grated butter and wrap the dough in a book and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Repeat the process three more times. at 250 degrees.

serve with yogurt, sour milk or sour cream.
