Preparation steps
- Mix tartaric acid, oil and salt in one bowl. Clean the fish. Put one row of fish in a large sickle and sprinkle with ready salt on top, then sprinkle the other row with black pepper and put a bay leaf so that you have fish.
- Cover the sieve with foil or a lid and cook on low heat for about 3 to 4 hours. To make sure they are done try and when the bones melt in your mouth the fish is done
