Homemade Pralines from Peanut Butter / Reese's
What if we love Reese's peanut butter cups chocolate, then we make our homemade ones more often, which do not differ much from the original ones. Delicious and easy to make.
Preparation steps
- First place the paper baskets in the muffin tin and set aside. Put peanut butter, butter and brown sugar in a small bowl at a moderate temperature and, stirring constantly, stir until the mixture melts and equalizes (to start boiling a little).
- Remove from the stove, then slowly add little by little powdered sugar and mix.
- The mixture should be evenly distributed so that it separates from the sickle and can be shaped in the hands. And the mixture needs to cool so you can shape with your hands.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the vegetable fat in the microwave. Put on for 1 minute, then take out and stir and repeat if necessary more. I first melt half the chocolate with half the vegetable fat. Shake with a spoon on the bottom of the chocolate paper baskets and put the peanut mixture over it.
- Shape the peanut mixture with your hands and press a little between your palms and place on the chocolate in the baskets.
- Put in the fridge for 30 minutes and when you take it out, pour over another piece of chocolate that you have also melted.
- Return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then serve.
