Homemade pear juice syrup

pears have given a lot of fruit this year, so I decided to make a juice syrup with jam and compote and I am very satisfied

Preparation steps

  • 6 kg of pears-mine were kind of looking like apples, peel and make juice in a juicer.
  • juice obtained from 6 kg of pears (I got 2 liters) put in a large pot, add 2 kg of sugar, 5 dag of citric acid and 4 liters of water.boil everything until it boils and stir occasionally, initially constantly until the sugar melts, remove the foam, when it stops foaming the juice is ready and ready to pour into heated glass bottles.fill the juice, close the lids and wrap in a blanket to cool, then store in a cool place
