Homemade oranzada by me

the most important thing in this recipe is to use homemade oranges (not sprayed) if you don't have them then peel the peel and buy a candied peel in the organic shop that will replace the one you peeled of course it is not obligatory

Preparation steps

  • -oranges that you have previously completely frozen in the freezer, grate them coarsely. boil water with sugar to dissolve it and then add grated oranges to boiling water and leave to cool a bit. mix the juice a little in a blender, squeeze the lemon, and the rest as it is water and sugar can be added to taste. so frozen oranges are grated together with the peel and if you are going to peel them before freezing then add the candied peel to the water in which you cook the sugar. if you wish, you can also process it through a slightly larger brush.

Serving

you can do the same with lemon, grapefruit and tangerines if you want
