Homemade orange pudding

Today I'm watching an old episode of "Ricardo and Friends" and I see this pudding he prepared for his guests ... I was amazed at the lightness and how it looked in the end.

Preparation steps

  • Pour 300 ml of orange juice into the pan, but let it be natural juice, not carbonated. If desired, you can squeeze fresh orange juice and let it warm up. In a small saucepan pour the remaining juice, sugar, orange extract and thick and whisk into a smooth mass. When the juice has boiled, pour the mass of density from the pot and cook, mixing with the wire, until it thickens. Remove from the heat.
  • Put two eggs in a bowl and beat them with a mixer until you get a frothy mass, about 2 minutes, and now, very slowly, pour the cooked pudding into the eggs, stirring constantly with a mixer and finally add the butter, which you cut into cubes and whisk everything together. homogeneous mass. Pour into 4 bowls and leave for at least two hours in the refrigerator to cool. Before serving, peel the orange peel and the white peel, cut between the membranes and put the orange slices on top and decorate your pudding, or decorate as you like.
  • Pleasant !!!
