Homemade kechup

Finally a little cold and time to cook parazadjz :) I could hardly wait to try the recipe for ketchup of the wonderful blogger Kristina Gaspar, the warm recommendation is great! I modified it a bit so that I will add my changes to the original recipe, but it is worth cooking, the double measure immediately fell :)

Preparation steps

  • Make a small cut in x on the washed tomato and soak it in boiling water for a few minutes, then peel it, the skin almost falls off on its own. Blend. Blend everything, mix with tomatoes, lorber and mustard and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add other spices and cook for a few more minutes, remove from the stove, remove the lorber and pour into sterilized jars. I dropped 2 and a half large jars. Pleasant!

Serving

It is great for pizzas, as a sauce with potatoes and pastries, and also for corbs!
