Homemade corny
there are many recipes for this healthy dessert, but for me it is somehow the most delicious when I put the same ratio of cereals and dried fruit ... without fat and sugar
Preparation steps
- Mix the egg whites, add the oatmeal, wheat germ, cranberries, pineapple, chopped walnuts, raisins, and combine. Add orange juice and melted honey. Stir again.
- Cover a baking tray approx. 20x30 with paper, then press the prepared mixture well. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C, and put the corny to dry for about 20 minutes. Let it just take on a little color. Sprinkle warm corny with grated chocolate. Cut the tiles as desired.
