Preparation steps

  • The dough should not rest. Take the dough with a spoon and make 14-16 hedgehogs rolling between your palms, finally roll out the elongated muzzle. You can also make smaller hedgehogs. Place them on baking paper and bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 ° C. Let cool.
  • Prepare sprinkles in plates as desired. Put the walnuts in a freezer bag and crush them into smaller pieces with a rolling pin. Shred the chocolate and melt over low heat while stirring (or in the microwave). When the chocolate starts to tighten a bit, apply it to 2/3 of the hedgehog with a spoon, the head remains uncoated. If the chocolate hardens too much, reheat it briefly while stirring.
  • Roll part of the hedgehog in coconut.
  • Part in crushed walnuts.
  • A few in chocolate crumbs.
  • Or into a mixture of coconut and chocolate crumbs. With the help of a toothpick, make eyes and eyes out of melted chocolate, and you can also glue chocolate crumbs as eyes. Let it dry on baking paper.
