Heart-shaped chocolate cupcakes
it took a little chemistry… ..
Preparation steps
- since we don't have yet (at least I haven't seen) a mold like for muffins but in the shape of a heart, it occurred to me how to easily get over the problem !! and these cute baskets made me think ..
- tear off 24 pieces of foil. Fold 12 pieces to get long sticks, and 12 fold a couple of times in length to get strips 2-3 cm wide. (Looks like a ruler)
- the procedure is as follows, connect the sticks and form a circle, place the muffin basket in a circle and then form a heart out of foil. when you're done, take flat foils and wrap them around the heart - to make everything even tighter and get a little more height. it may seem complicated to you now but everything is done quickly!
- place on a normal baking sheet, fill with the mixture and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes!
- for the batter .. whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, add the melted or softened butter, cocoa honey, flour with baking powder and mix into a smooth mixture.
- for the cream .. put the sweet cream to boil, remove from the heat, add the grated chocolate and stir until melted. stir to cool, I soaked briefly in cold water so a firm cream is quickly obtained .make that it is not too firm -that it cannot be smeared. then just put a little on the lightest fire to soften the zzz. of 200 g of coke -I put one row (200-gram) of milk coke, the rest was cooking chocolate.
- baked hearts, get rid of the foil — it goes easy!
- smear the cream with slightly cooled hearts by drawing the outline of the heart with a spoon.
- for the end sprinkle the edge of the heart with red sugar crystals
- the dough is finely spongy and the taste is chocolatey !!!!
Serving
you can skip all this and make plain round cupcakes and coat with cream !! I played a little
