Healthy proja

A good idea for a healthy breakfast, especially for mothers of small children who sometimes will not eat so stubbornly and out of pure peace. My little girl never refuses bread, not even cakes, so I decided to put vegetables and various healthy cereals in them ... Plus we had great fun while we stirred and baked it;)

Preparation steps

  • Put carrots and peppers in a blender or chopper to be finely chopped as in the picture.
  • In a bowl, whisk the mixture for proju: eggs, all types of flour, baking powder, salt, oil, sour water, goat's milk. Finally, add cheese, basil, seeds and chopped vegetables and mix everything together a little more.
  • Grease the pan and pour the mixture.
  • Put in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes (at 220 degrees). Leave for another 15 minutes at 150 degrees.
  • It cools down a bit and your fingers can already make them tear it apart;)

Serving

There are a thousand recipes for proju, and this is just one variation. It is not important to be such a precise mixture of flour, it is important to put as many different cereals and as little white flour as possible. Also, goat's milk or yogurt are really super healthy, but if you don't have it, you can usually. In addition to peppers and carrots, you can also use finely chopped zucchini ... various seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds ... You can "cheat" everything healthy in this super delicious cake;)
