Healthy halva (balls)
without flour, oil, sugar ... ready in a few minutes!
Preparation steps
- from the listed ingredients make a shapeable mixture, not too hard. I did not specify the quantities because it depends on the density of honey and tahini .. I put approximately 2 tablespoons of tahini and 2 tablespoons of honey on 2 cups of oats. I also added a little homemade pear jam and bitter cocoa. From the mixture, form bite-sized balls or, if desired, leave a little in the fridge to squeeze and that's it :)
