Healthy Biscuits
Sweet and fine without remorse for your form. The main ingredient in oatmeal, which contains minerals such as zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper and manganese, has a cholesterol-lowering effect and prevents vascular disease. They are also full of fiber and vitamin A. An excellent recipe from my trainer.
Preparation steps
- Chop hazelnuts, walnuts and raisins, add oatmeal, flour, baking powder, honey and cinnamon. Whisk the eggs with the vanilla sugar and mix lightly into the already prepared ingredients. Grate the orange peel into the mixture, and in the meantime melt the butter over low heat. Add melted butter and juice of half an orange to everything. Finally, chop the chocolate pieces and stir into the mixture.
- Place the baking paper on the baking tray and place the biscuits on it. If you have, use a round cookie cutter to squeeze the mixture better and to keep everyone the same size
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees. When you take it out of the oven, immediately remove the paper and biscuits from the baking tray and let them cool.
- You can change the ratio or types of nuts and dried fruits to your liking and taste. Instead of cinnamon, a good alternative to an equally strong scent is coconut. Play with combinations. Serve with a cup of green tea, but don’t overdo it with the amount.
