Hazelnut muffins with white chocolate
Created by combining everything I love :)))
Preparation steps
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grind one half of the roasted hazelnuts and chop the other half (if you have a multipractice or chopper, do it in it). Finely grate the peel of one orange. Chop half of the white chocolate.
- Whisk butter with sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, whisk. Add orange peel, orange juice, chopped white chocolate, hazelnuts and stir. Add sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Finally, lightly knead the yogurt. Stir just enough to soak the ingredients.
- Line a muffin tin with paper baskets and fill the mixture to the edges of the baskets - mine are some medium. Put the oven on for 15-20 minutes, more precisely, it took me 17 minutes, but it all depends on the oven :)
- Melt the rest of the white chocolate (you may need a little more chocolate, another 20 g). Coat the baked muffins with white chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate crumbs or hazelnuts, as desired.
