Hazelnut kuglof
I found this recipe a few years ago on the internet. Now I was looking for it again for the holidays, but I couldn’t find it, so I’m posting it here because it’s refined. The only kuglof that is eaten whole here.
Preparation steps
- Beat eggs and sugar, at low speed lightly add margarine that is almost melted (a couple of hours enough to stand at room temperature). Gradually mix in all the other ingredients.
- Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, then reduce to 150 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes. Pour chocolate glaze over the lukewarm kuglof.
