Hazelnut Cherry Crumble

Mmmm .... my favorite and most delicious Crumble, a fantastic blend of hazelnuts, cherries and apples.

Preparation steps

  • Drain the cherries well from the compote and put them in a round bowl with a diameter of 26 cm in which you will bake the crumble. Cut the apples into cubes, spread over the cherries, mix, add a little cinnamon.
  • Mix the flour together with the butter cut into smaller pieces, sugar, hazelnuts and knead it all between the palms to get a crumbly mixture, as when you make terhana only much larger.
  • Now spread it over the fruit and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the roast with powdered sugar and it can be eaten immediately. It is great warm, but even when it cools down, it is great as anyone likes.
