Hamburger cakes
There are similar recipes, mine differs in the way of filling, it's about the nuances. However, here is the recipe, so who likes ... And we adore them. :)
Preparation steps
- Dissolve the yeast in 2 dcl of warm water, add sugar and leave to froth. Add salt, fat, 1 egg and flour to knead a nice, medium hard dough. It is best to leave it in the fridge overnight, and it should stand for at least 2 hours at room temperature if you do not have time.
- Meanwhile, chop the onion, fry it in the fat of your choice, add salt and season as desired. Add minced meat, and fry to change color.
- Remove from the heat, add grated or chopped cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard, mix carefully and add egg whites at the end.
- From the dough, tear the balls by hand, roll them out between the palms, put a spoonful of the filling and close them with a twist, then flatten them a little between the palms and shape the cake. Arrange them in a greased pan
- Coat with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt or cheese if desired, then place in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 250, after 10 minutes reduce to 200 degrees and bake until nicely browned.
