Halva bombs
Great bombs. A little unusual, but delicious.
Preparation steps
- In the pan, put the oil. When the oil heats up, add the flour. You will get a thick mass, but that is how it should be. As you can see in the picture.
- Reduce heat to medium. Fry the flour for about 20 minutes, until it is dark. Put sugar and water in another bowl. When it starts to boil, leave it for exactly 7 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- When the flour is fried, add the sherbet. You will get a slightly more moist mass as seen.
- Fry for a short time, the flour will absorb everything. Leave it to cool so you can touch it.
- Then take out the bombs with a spoon, shape them with your palms, and roll them in crystal sugar. When they cool, serve.
- If you happen to have all the liquid absorbed by the flour and you can't form balls, boil a little more sherbet, and add as much as you need. For me, it was enough.
- Pleasant!
